ChargeOn Launches Offline Payment Recording Capabilities
ChargeOn’s latest version bridges the gap between digital and physical transactions. It introduces ‘Add Cash and Add Check’ features to record offline payments directly within Salesforce.
San Francisco – May 13, 2026: Cyntexa announced the latest version of ChargeOn, its 100% Salesforce-native payment management application available on AgentExchange (formerly AppExchange).
ChargeOn enables businesses to collect, manage, automate, and orchestrate payments entirely within Salesforce, without the need for any third-party system.
In this release, ChargeOn introduces Offline Payment Recording capabilities.

Businesses do not always operate in a fully digital environment. Physical payment methods, such as cash and checks, are realized outside Salesforce, creating gaps in your financial data and across revenue sources. To resolve this discrepancy, ChargeOn introduced a new category of functionality: Offline Payment Recording through the Add Cash and Add Check features.
Understand Offline Payment Recording Features
Add Cash
The Add Cash feature allows users to record physical cash payments directly within Salesforce.
When a customer pays in person using cash, the user selects the “Add Cash” option and enters the exact amount received. The transaction is then recorded as a completed payment record within Salesforce.
This means your financial reports and dashboards reflect total revenue, whether digital and physical, without any manual reconciliation outside the platform.
Add Check
The Add Check feature follows the same principle and is built for businesses that receive physical paper checks. When a customer provides a physical check, the user selects the “Add Check” option to record the payment. The feature captures the Check Number, Payer Name, and the exact payment amount.
Similar to Add Cash, check payments are stored as completed payment records in Salesforce, making them visible across your reports and dashboards.
The updated version of ChargeOn is available now on the Salesforce AgentExchange.
